MC1060A is an LED linear constant current driver chip that provides a single channel constant output current ranging from 3 to 3000mA, and the current value can be passed through an external resistor and an NMOS tube
It can form a complete LED constant current drive circuit. The operating voltage range of the chip is 2.5~5.5V.
MC1060A built-in overheat protection function can effectively protect the chip and MOS tube to avoid damage caused by overheating.
MC1060A has PWM dimming function, which can adjust the LED current by adding PWM signal to the DIM pin.
